Monday will be 9 weeks on WW. I have not gone over my points until yesterday. 8 points. Yikeeeeeeeee. Why did I do it? I'm weak and frustrated with how slow I am losing. 20 lbs in 8 weeks and none so far this week. If my weigh in Monday is 0 lost or a gain then I am going to start on Fat Smash. I need something a little different to get my attention back. I don't know if I can do the 9 day detox but maybe I need the challenge. I am back on track this morning with a 5a.m. bowl of special K and skim milk and then I just had my mid morning 2 pt granola bar. With a 6 pt smart one, carrots and a 1 pt ww yogurt for mid afternoon I will have 8 pts left for this evening. :-< Wish me luck. ha ha

20 pounds in 9 weeks is amazing! Remember...slow and steady. Take it from me...I'm a yo yo as far as my weight goes, and I have done all the diets out there it seems. If you take it off fast...the chances are greater that you will put the weight back on, and then some. You aren't going to be skinny over night, it took some time to put it on, it should take some time to take it off. BUT...if you need a change, and that works for you, then by all means try the FatSmash. BUT.....20 pounds is amazing! I'm looking forward to hitting 20 pounds myself! Good luck!

Wow! Twenty pounds in 9 weeks is incredible! When you say "gone over your points," are you talking about your daily points or flex points. If you went over your daily points, you have the flex to cover. Some times eating more, get's the scale moving. But you have been losing fast any way. I lose about 2 pounds a month, so you are doing great. If you lose too fast, you could end up with skin sag. Keep going and you will be at goal in no time.

20lbs in 9 weeks is brilliant and by no means is slow! 1-2lbs a week is healthy weight loss... anything much more and you could risk losing valuable muscle tone. So just keep up the great work there and you'll be zipping further down in no time. :o)
