Woke at 238.4, the same as yesterday. I ate 1000 calories over my burn yesterday (and have not been tracking that too closely this past week of my diet break). I will fix that this weekend, by adjusting my calories for these two days. I'll target about 1000 today to get back on track. If I go over, I'll use Sunday as well. At the end of the diet break, I'll want to have nearly equaled my calorie burn with my calorie intake, but I don't want to go over by a lot (which I have thus far). PS: I'm challenging the laws of physics with my jeans and muffin topping like a MF. UPDATE: Ate a big piece of steak for lunch. Weighed 238.2 after 6 pm. Emily is coming over tonight and I think we are going to eat up the rest of the Afghani food and those steaks.

I'm watching you closely. I know that, from time to time, I need a 'mental' break from whatever diet I am doing. I really want to see what the 'damage' would be and how long it will take to 'get back'. Mostly I want to see 'how much more' I could probably increase my calories. So far I have been too scared to try it Haha!
