Walked 3 miles. 7638 steps. My FIL took us to the Golden Corral today for lunch. Didn't know ahead of time, so no planning. Woke up late today and didn't have breakfast, which turned out to be a good thing with the buffet we went to. Had a small amount of eggs, hashbrowns, fruit and one piece of bacon. The only "bad" thing I had was the two small pieces of lemon bars (my fav!) Tried to guessimate my calories in my journal, but no biggy, I know I haven't gone way over today any ways, and I walked.
