I actually started about two weeks ago, on August 22nd. I weighed 225 when I started, so I'm down a whole lot more than the site says!
Sticking to Atkins, it's quite lovely. Today I had a cheeseburger sans bun and a tuna salad. I'm not quite sure what dinner is going to be, probably leftover trout and veggies.
