Woke at 235.0, up 2.4 from yesterday. Had a good day of eating and several glasses of red wine last night. Fasting today. UPDATE: Had an unexpected business meeting at dinner time tonight. Started with whiskey, then had chicken wings, red wine, and finally went all in with dinner -- Caesar salad and steak. So the 36-hour fast turned into a 24-hour fast with OMAD today. Weighed 233.8 at the end of the day.

Do you allow yourself anything on your fasting days? Asking mainly about liquids. (Water, coffee, tea). I only ask because I've read that, as counter-intuitive as it may seem, water actually moves water weight through and out.
