My plan to work out every morning has been failing in exchange for sleep but on the up side I have been running all over the place that I am sure that I have made up for it (okay no, but...). Little mama has gotten up the last two mornings at 3 to nurse and sleeping is just not comfortable that way.

Excuses!

On the upside (or down lol)... I have lost two more lbs but I won't record it unless they stay gone next week. Hate seeing the ups and downs in a four day time span and I can not resist jumping on the scale either *sigh*

As far as the whole eating thing... I am trying to stay in the range of recommended RDI and the right % of carbs vs fat vs protein but I don't quite have the hang of it, yet. It has also only been two days... I have not gone way off but I will do better today. My trouble times right now is after I pump or nurse. I get so damn hungry! grrr... lots of healthy munchie stuff laying around now. :)
