I have been eating basically the same thing from M-F regarding breakfasts and lunches respectively. The difficulty is when my wife makes anything with noodles or what I know is high in carbs. I'm doing a low carb diet. It seems to be working slowly. Looking to get into the 250's next week.

I think if it working that is really good. You can try to slowly train yourself to eat less of the foods that you know you will have to limit. Good job!
