well been busy busy over weekend was at the cinema friday night so bought myself a mini diet coke and a small popcorn was so happy that i managed to stay away from the chocolate and ice cream lol then on the saturday had a blow out with my friend got very druk prob cause of the diet lol and had some party food it made me ill so had a horrible sunday till i got home from work and my lovely man had made a little version of a roast dinner :D oh how happy i was to have roast chicken still smiling now lol hope you guys have had a fab weekend x
