Blustering cold; a late stray leaf skating across the unbroken surface of the snow. I gained 5 pounds over the past couple weeks which is more than I thought I would. It's uncanny in fact. I know my intake remained well below 2000 calories with the exception of two days. It seems like an exaggerated reaction especially since I have been doing the weight training and cardio as per my normal schedule with the exception of three or four days. Well, there's nothing for it now. Onward ho.
