Thanks everyone for all of the positive support. Dress was $12.99 @ Ross Dress for Less, for my savvy shopper friends. The shrug was a gift, but she shops primarily at thrift stores, so check out the Goodwill, or St. Vincent de Paul's in your community. That way you are supporting more than just the local economy.
