after a break for March and April i decided to start again. Put on about 4 kilos. Did well the whole day and then my boyfriend brings out cheas naks....not happy as ate some. Need to loose the 4 kilos i put on and get to 55kilos...my new goal. As long as i stay under 60 kilos i am happy...good luck to the rest of you.
