Feel like i have hit a plateau
no loss this week for the first time since i started
I am going to visit family for a week hope it doesn't wreak havok on all my hard work. My family has not seen me since i have started i'm sure a 19 lb weight loss will be noticed!
It seems like now that i am feeling better i am slacking off on the diet i think i will re-read the G.I. book while i am away
