Wtf I have no clue what the hell I’m doing wrong my macros are 75fat 5 carb protein 20 protein I’m drinking 120oz/day water
Intermittent fasting from 7pm-12 pm walking, cleaning house even washing my truck and gardening making sure I get 7-8 hrs of sleep every night and ugh I’m just pissed off and venting!!!! I can’t for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong. I have been trying the VLCD with Keto and have 800cal a day ugh I just want to shoot the freakin scale

My measurements are staying the same which is even more of a punch in the face usually if the scale isn’t going down the measurements are but not today! And I’m back at 200 wtf😭😭😭

Im doing the same macros and have only lost about 1 lb in last 10 days!! So upsetting when you believe you're doing everything right!

Pump the breaks MamaB! You have lost 15 lbs in a month! Congrats! Do not worry about what the scale said this morning. Hop on it again tomorrow AM and see if it tells the story you expected or at least read yesterday. BTW you are rocking your profile photo and just by reading your profile I know you've got this.

Omgghghghg I'm so stressed I'm eating health small portion, but can't lose weight, can't exercise much because I have fibromyalgia n neurapathy, but I still love around... help

Please don't get discouraged. Sometimes I can go a month with no change on the scale but I learned to keep going and to focus on non scale victories! You can do this!

Nutrients correct, fat, carbs, protein are good portions..... only one thing left.... too many calories. Decrease you daily “maintenance” calories so you run in a calorie deficit each day. Burn more than you eat.

ok. no one will like this but here it is! my diet consists of boiled eggs, fruit mostly, nuts, spinach leaves, tuna, v8, mozzarella stuffing cheese, pickled okra. I only drink water. I run five miles daily before work. take sat and sun off. I eat mainly carbs 50% fat 30% protein 20% my target is 40 20 40. I drop 2 to .5 lbs daily. I eat approx 1300 calories daily. remember this: a calorie burned is a calorie infested. a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from, but the trick is to pile up the food to your calorie level with food that will fill your stomach, not crap junk food! you really need go play attention to the serving size and ask are you getting your bang for a buck. make sure fiber is included in EVERYTHING. this new fandango high protein crap will plug you up and you'll wonder why you can't poo. so, there you go eating all this food but can't poo. if you can't poo, you won't drop weight! so, find fruits and veggies with high fiber, ones you like to eat and eat until you are full and no more. eat until 6 PM then cut it off! grab a grape every now and then, to which hunger pains. it works!!!!! I am losing weight sensibly. hey away from processed food and eat what grows naturally. I drink 2 cups of v8 before my 5mile runs. this sets my metabolism in motion for my non poo. then I eat lunch. I eat so much food I feel like I should gain weight. 3500 calories = 1lb. burn more than you ingest. your body will do the rest.

oh yeah! I don't buy into keto!!! with your calorie burn, try fruit especially watermelon. you'll love it. cantelope, strawberries, pond others

You’ve been doing Keto for 5 days or stalled for 5 days? If Keto then you haven’t given it enough time for your body to get in ketosis from what I understand. If a 5 day stall then that’s not too bad. If you’ve been dieting at 800 for 2 months then you may need a ‘reset’. At 12 weeks I had to do a reset and slowly raised to 1400-1500 over a few weeks then dropped back down. Oddly enough I still lost at the 1400-1500 being sedentary mostly other than running kids to practices. Prednisone is a killer. Some days I ate less than my toddler at the time because of nausea and still gained weight. I gained 28# total but that was like 20% of my total weight or something like that. My mom gained way more than me but she took more steroids during her treatment years ago. When I’m doubt ask your oncologist for advise. Mine was the first to tell me to raise my calories and stop going below 1200 because I wouldn’t get the nutrients I needed. Everyone is different though. Best of luck to you!

You may want to look up Dr Jay Wrigley. He have looked deeper than most into hormones. It could be that a small boost there will speed things up. I believe he has been in a few podcasts, so listening to him may turn out pretty easy.

Don't weigh yourself daily... Go to weekly or bi-weekly... Females weight has crazy fluxes sometimes so look at the long term curve. Also, stress stalls me in a ridiculous way.

800 cals is too low, you have to feed the body enough or you will lose muscle and gain fat. You should try 1600 cals but your macros at 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. You must salt your food, we lose so much sodium when we drink high amounts of water.

@raatnip, your losses will slow down trust me. It took 5 weeks for my first 10#, 7-8 for the next 10#, then the last 20# took 17&18 weeks. The last half takes longer if done right. I went from a big deficit to what I considered maintenance. Basically just below maintenance for the last 5# and the 5# before that I was trying to lose quickly. When they say the last 10 is the hardest to lose it’s true. The first big drop is usually water especially with lower carb diets. If you go back to eating carbs then you’ll gain some of that water back. I gained a bit of water back and I never was low carb. Tried, couldn’t do it, didn’t really want to so went back to my normal diet.

You've only logged food for 3 days this month and only once in April. Unless you're using another method, how do you know you're eating at an 800 calorie average?
