The water weight has slowed for now. I knew it would but its so much fun to see those numbers fall every morning.
Today is the day we start our walking challenge. It should be fun and it will keep me motivated. Winter isn't my favorite time of year to goet out but there are other options available so I will use them.
I am having a difficult time getting all of the water in. I need to stop drinking b y about 5pm on account of my "old lady bladder!" I will continue to press on. I am feeling better already. Just imagine the possibilities when I am down 20 pounds.

Hi. This isnt my favotite time of year either. We got a foot of snow today. You must live near Rochester. I live in N Idaho..about 100 miles.from Canada. I am not getting enough water either. I drink about 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then switch over toherb tea or water. I started the chalenge to walk 20 minutes 5 days a week. So far so good. Take care.
