I did a very vigorous work out this evening at my company's gym.I went to the aerobics class with some of my co-workers, and I noticed I had more energy than before.I reckon this was garnered from my nights of walking at the park, and me increasing my fitness level.Im proud of myself.
Came home and had a piece of chicken, spinach, and green beans only.But now Im starving, might have a light protein snack b4 i go to bed like tuna.
I havent been on the scale in about 2 weeks, will probably go on tomorrow morning.
