I had a good week, didn't miss any workouts and continued my hybrid. The weekend was a bit of a mess though, Saturday and Sunday I was in the Hamptons and I ate a lot more carbs then I usually allow, but I had a great time with my friends. I managed to get my workouts in as well which was fun, my friends got to see what I do, and I made the ladies bring their workout gear even though we didn't get to do our big group workout. So tired now, so my insomnia has probably been cured, woo hoo. Fridge is fully stocked w. good foods, looking forward to getting up in the am for some workouts, and errands.
