My Inspiration: Natalie Pennington, IFBB Bikini ProHeight: 5' 8" Weight: Off season - 135 lbs, competition season - 126 lbs I had a wonderful interval training session today. It helped relieve some of the soreness from the weights yesterday, and I feel that much closer to attaining my goal. Once I reach my goal weight by end of this year, I plan to attack the weights and train like Natalie. This is FUN!!!
