I can't believe it's been 10 days since I've been here but I've been in and out the hospital with cardiac issues and was told to stay far far away from the Atkins diet from all the dr's I've been seeing. Now my focus is on getting enough water, fruits, and vegetables, and staying away from dairy since I am severely allergic to it. I'm still on my journey and hopefully this will work for me!
