16/06/19 so another checkin done. This week has been filled with a lot of cardio attending gym 4 time a week with an average of 40 minutes per session.
My daily intake of calories has been around 1800 for this week. I had a cheat meal today(Indian) to celebrate my good works but that’s that for another 2-3 weeks. Measuring my waist and chest I am starting to see a real change in my body which is great, I will continue to put it the work! Hopefully break into the 80’s next week!
