Snack #1: Flatbread with peppercorns. Since the only spice I have access to is the noble peppercorn, what do you think that's going to do to me? Will I be sick of it at the end of the week, or will I love it more? Frankly, in the two meals I've had I've been so grateful it's there to give flavor that I think I'm going to love it more. Another interesting side note is that I definitely practiced some mindfulness techniques while eating this since there was far less than my usual snacking amount, I wanted to savor it....which is interesting because it wasn't very good, haha. Yeah, that's not actually a bad idea. I love peppercorns a lot which is why I chose them but I don't want to overdo it. I got lucky though and received a lot of sponsorship last night so I can now add salt and a small amount of spinach. That will be a game changer!
