I won my biggest loser challenge at work! According to their scale I lost 25 pounds in a month and a half. Eating clean keto, doing the ketogains 5x5, and doing cardio dance twice a week did the trick! I won $700 from our pooled money. I wonder why others didn't work harder to get that much money?
Anyway, today I created a small flower garden in the backyard for my peonies that will hopefully bloom next year. I was jealous that everyone else's bloomed but mine didn't. But mine are still young though. Again, anyway, I put on my Garmin fitness tracker and and it said that I burned 655 calories in an hour and a half! Now, I of course have always doubted the reliability of the wrist tracker. But even if it's a little close, I can understand why people have heart attacks shoveling snow.
Trying to continue to lose over the summer, I'd like to get down another 15lbs.
