So I have lost a total of 5 lbs this past week. I have been very good with my daily points except yesterday I went into my weekly points by accident. I forgot about the taffy apple dessert my wife made and my booster juice so I went over by 8 points. But on the plus side I went for a 45 minute walk around the Nicholas Sharon lake and the back home.
The lake only took me 15 minutes cause I walked briskly and then slowed down for the way there and back, plus I took my dog for a walk around our block twice.

Wow. Five is great. I don't think it matters if you go over your points for one day. Some people on this site have told me that zig-zagging your points (up and down) helps you lose faster. BUT you seem to be doing great. Congratulations.
