Day 4 and going strong. It's much easier this time. The time it takes to track everything is still a pain but I'm not having a problem with the food and carb restrictions. I figure if I can do this for a year I'll be back where I was and only have another year to be where I want to be. I'm dealing with so much stress between my back pain and my husband's intractable pain which makes him unreasonable. He can't walk now and dealing with the wheelchair is difficult. He still thinks he can drive but I'm not comfortable riding with him so that causes conflict. So, even with the stress I'm experiencing joy with my new life plan.
