30/06/19 Another great result 1.4kg lost this week, had a bit of inconsistency with my scales so will have another checkin tomorrow.
I thought I would’ve weighed more heavy gym session(1 hour upper body) followed by a round of golf - safe to say I was knackered 😂
This puts me much closer to my final result, I’m off on holiday in 4 weeks time to Poland so I can forecast that affecting me negatively.
Onwards and upwards! :)
