07/07/19 I could get use to this, another week and have dropped off another 0.8kg this brings me another step closer to my end goal.
I’m currently at a 17% body fat percentage.
This week I had a few days this week where I barley scarped 1000 calories but this was due to having no food that I fancied or being busy during the evening.
3 weeks then I’m away from my holiday so excited - there is going to be a dent when I’m in Poland but will make sure that e everything is kept at a moderate. But as for this week another loss!
