I ate off the chart as far as bad food for 2 days, but counted cals which I usually don't do normally. I fell within what I was supposed to have and ended that nonsense. That may be why I lost... :)
Noted today, no swelling in feet (despite yesterday).
Tomorrow or the next? The salt and/or weight gain may show up. pfft me.
