I'm glad I joined this Back on Track challenge. I was shocked to see my weigh-in, but I'm glad the challenge is making me do it. It's about accountability for me and facing the truth. I need this...to get bet back on track.

you got this mel... you know what you need to do and you will do it.. just like all of us.. some slower than others (i've netted a loss a whopping .3 pounds this month :/) but either way we have to push each other to get past the human nature to give up. you are so motivating! and this is now are new lives... a life of exercise, eating well, and taking care of ourselves and each other!... let me know if u need anything that i can help with florida buddy :)

What Naiomy said is so very true. And since we're doing the same workouts, I'm definitely here for ya. Btw, I wanted to ask how well the assisted machines work for pull ups & dips? I've seen them used in gym & on tv but never used one myself. I haven't been able to do a pull up since I was 11 so seeing that as part of this workout program was discouraging. But since I don't have the equipment, it's not like I can do it anyway. Had to replace it w/ bent arm barbell pullover. I'll have access to a gym starting wk 7. Perhaps I'll have enough strength by then to start doing pull ups . . . maybe ; p Glad you're back at it!
