Wowwww, that looks G-R-E-A-T! I actually just tried Eggplant for the very first time on Sunday, one of my friend's girlfriend made Eggplant parmessan and I found that it was verrry yummy! Your dinner looks delicious tho! *Drools*

Ooh, lovely! Hooray for cooking! I love when people post pics of what they are eating :). This IS a diet site after all. It's much more fun to think about what we should eat than what we shouldn't! Looks so good.
