These few days have been an eye opener. I’ve eaten regularly and made honest entries. It’s sad, I know what I need to do to loss weight, to have a healthy life, but continue on this unhealthy path. Water!!! I need more water. Less Diet Mountain Dew. I’ve recently taken a hit financially so I’m unable to buy the healthiest foods. But I need to work on cheap alternatives other than rice and oatmeal. Having a 13 year old ‘riblet’ boy in the house who can eat anything and wants teen foods is also frustrating. I need to get more focused and stop coming up with all the excuses!!! I’m taking this day by day, hour by hour.
