21/07/19 Only 2 kg away from my goal! One last finally dash towards my holiday leaving on Friday cannot wait for it!
This week again sustaining 1800-1900 calorie intake with minimal fatty foods. This week I have targeted myself on eating lots of high protein bases foods such as carb killa bars and chicken every meal👍🏻
