I can't believe I kept this thing up. It's amazing what your body can do when you push it. Less than a year ago, I wasn't even a walker... now, I'm happy to say I'm a runner. :)

Today on my run, another runner on my route passed me and waved. We always seem to be running around the same time so we see each other a lot when I go running. It was nice! What a beautiful day too! Sunny and 17*C! I love summer!!!

I am in the same boat and just was thinking yesterday how a year ago I wasn't even walking and now I'm am running againfor the first time in years!! Good for you!! We CAN make our goals!!!!
