Hi, it is shallow fried in olive oil for about 2 mins - to seal the coating to the chicken - on each side then baked in the oven.
The chicken is soaked in milk then coated in a mixture of seasoned flour (I used paprika, turmeric, garlic salt and a little mild chilli ) serve with a salad and it’s not too bad calorie/fats/carbs wise. Gotta to have a little treat

Never fry with olive oil, Olive oil becomes hydrogenated when it is heated to medium/higher temperatures. Use a rape seed oil or higher temperature corn oil instead.
