At least that emergency gallbladder surgery helped with shedding a few pounds😏, even though I'm still not cleared to return to the gym yet 😳.

that's great that it all went good for you!!! Just baby steps....
You can always do some planks or stability movements and lota of stretching (all of these are extremely important for you plus you really burn lots of calories! and gelp you tone up and increase muscle development for when you lift again plus it will help yoy prevent injuries!!
