Well here I go again...went to the drs today n got blood results. Sugar was at 6.2 which has risen from 1.9 this time last year n at 6.5 I'm diabetic...that's scary 😥 to me. Fortunately everything else was good. I have to be accountable for every morsel/drink that I consume at any time of day. Serious 🙅 is not the word for this.

I'd appreciate prayers/support from the group, but I've noticed that I don't always see the comments. Blessings to y'all...ever forward 💁

Do you monitor your blood sugar at home to identify which foods are causing it to spike? When I started testing at home it really helped me focus. Maybe shifting portions a little bit to find a balance that your body can process.

I noticed that my posts didn't get many, if any support at first. I realized for people to see your posts generally you have to have followers or you need to follow people. That way if someone supports you or makes a comment everyone who they follow or follows them will see the post.

Not saying you aren't, but it helps to support and comment on other member's journals so they will reciprocate.
