I sure wish that 4 lbs wasn’t water weight 😢 I’ve gained 30 lbs back since October, but I know I can get it back off. It is so hard to maintain after Keto, but I’m dedicated to finding a way to maintain the lifestyle. My weight has yo-yo’d since I was little, and I know there can be a way to live Keto and not go without carbs forever. 😪. I will find this 🦸♀️
