After 23 weeks, and 54.4 lbs lost, I have begun to lose steam. The past 2 weeks I've been watching what I eat, but eating wayyyy to much, so progress has slowed. This picture is what I needed to get me back on track.

I think we all go through this after a few great successful months on plan - but we can do this as a lifestyle - just PERSIST - this feeling too shall pass!!

maybe change up your work outside, get some new recipes, and go shopping for something in your new smaller size. You've come a long way! It did not happen overnight. One day at a time and you will get your groove back!

Wonderful progress girl! Ever considered going for a walk or doing a house chore once you’ve eaten 3/4 of the plate? It’s a trick I’ll use to find satisfaction beyond the fork :)
