Went out with a friend to Applebees yesterday and opted for the 299 calorie Ceasar salad (early in the day, so I totally missed breakfast). Then had my smoothie. Figured I'd have salty weight gain, didn't happen YAY... tomorrow will tell. Cheese is salty... pfft.
and I looooove cheese.
I now weigh less than I did a year ago. okay by a pound but hey, that counts...
