Oh no!!!!! Mother nature decided to pay me a visit tonight!!! That is going to completely screw up my weigh-in on Friday! Grrrr! I am gonna cry. The average weight gain during a menstration is 2-5 pounds!!!! AAHHHH!

it is still possible to lose a little weight while mother nature makes her visit. I lost 1.5 lbs when she came. Just don't give in to your cravings and drink lots of water. I know our body's retain water but if you drink a lot of it, it flushes our body's out and makes it impossible for our body to retain so much. (Doctor told me this). So when it's around time she comes for her visits I double up on my water and feel better. Especially when the scale goes down not up! Try it and don't get discouraged!
