I'm starting again. I gained 5kg's and then 6kg's since I found out I'm pregnant. But this is too much. I'm starting to live healthy again today. Just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I can eat anything/everything and that's what I have been doing these past couple of months 💪🏻
