Hi Tosh, I'm 230 lbs as of today and when I get under 200 for the first time in a long time, I'm going to stay on my food plan and treat myself to theatre. I'm taking this journey one day at a time. I've always been obsessive about junk food which is how I ballooned (plus heavy steroids for 10 years from chemo). I accept that I'm an obsessive person about food, so now I'm trying to turn that obsession into an obsession with healthy eating and weight loss.
