So,my weigh in is tomorrow morning. I am nervous because I know the scale will not show my true loss for this week..... (Damn mother nature... Grr) So I only expect maybe a pound or two lower... Hopefully no gain from what I have lost already. I looked on yahoo answers and the average gain during "the vistor" is 2-5 pounds. Hopefully all the water I have been drinking will flush out some of the water weight....
