I really have no excuse as to why I'm not sticking with this and keeping track of what I'm eating. It is much harder though than I thought to start a new routine now that I am on summer vacation. There are so many parties and lunch and dinner visits. I've been pretty consistent. Here it is though PMS and I'm in a funk. I don't want to work out, I'm uncomfortable and I feel hungry all the time. I know this happens every month and I don't gain much but water and it all comes off the following week. I'm really struggling though. UGH!
