I’m really am starting to understand that I am a very emotional eater. And if I wait too long to eat I am frustrated that I didn’t plan correctly and get mad. I mean mad at me and anyone around me. I actually left the salon today when I went in for a haircut because all I could think about was it was a bad time to get a new do when I was feeling really shitty about myself. I went to KFC because I did not bring my lunch to a meeting so I would eat right and pissed myself off again. I picked what I thought was a lower calorie meal that turned out to be 1000 calories. Went to pick up something for my son and they didn’t have it. That pissed me off too. So I left that place too without getting anything. Came home.... no power. So to make the best of a terrible afternoon I swam for 45 minutes, made a rum and coke and ...I’m finally not mad at myself. Should have skipped KFC and had the rum and coke first. Tomorrow will be better!!!
