I'm not following a keto diet. I'm following Weight Watchers Points diet, which I find much healthier. I'm realizing that most people on this site are following keto, which was easy in the beginning for me but over time I couldn't keep it up. I'm very happy with how I'm doing. Its really one day at a time.
