After a summer of great stress and sadness, I find myself weighing more than I have in 15 years. THAT stresses me out and depresses me. I can't fit any of my clothes! So, as the new school year begins, so do I begin to eat and workout as I used to. Here goes! First goal, get to 140. How? No added sugar (except one super dark chocolate a week), only have wine on gig nights, and eat lots and lots of veggies and protein. Also get my butt to the gym at least 4 times a week. Even if all I do is walk 3 miles in each session. That is a good start. Day 1, here I am!
