Yesterday we had an annual neighborhood picnic, so I was able to record what I ate up to the various pot-luck salads and desserts, so probably and extra 500 calories at least! I would love to see a "notes" section at the bottom of the daily section each day to record stuff like this, rather than putting it in the journal. And maybe a way of adding "500 extra calories" that are not specified.
