One week today we'll be on our way to Florida! I'll looking forward to getting away for 10 days with my family! Back to reality though, I've been trying to be good but I noticed that I'm averaging above my normal calorie intake. When I was losing about a pound a week back in December and January, I was averaging about 1600 to 1650 calories per day and currently I'm up around 1700 per day. I don't think I'll see a loss this week :( I just have to really think about what is going into my mouth and if I don't want to write it down then I don't eat it!!!

It's sunny here today but cold, -10°C currently. Looking forward to getting out for a run today at lunchtime. Then after work today I'm going for a pedicure. Gotta have my toes looking great for Florida, will definitely be wearing the sandals!
