I don't understand it. When I have PMS I want to eat everything in sight and I usually do. I'm not hungry, I'm bloated, I just crave and eat. It's a crazy cycle. I'm depressed and emotional. Then I eat and it continues. It is so much harder than I thought too to change routines for the summer.

I was pretty strong saying that we were cooking dinner tonight. My husband several times said let's just go to McDonald's because we were out running around. Damn it! I gave in and I have my first Big Mac in over 5 years. What was I thinking? Save money, only 45 cents. We have food at home. Darn it! $1 side salad. Oh well, move on. I just know tomorrow I'm going out to lunch and dinner with friends and family.

I'm just so tired of letting myself down and making lame excuses. Another day to come tomorrow.

If ya makesure you're only around hay, and when you get hungry, pretend you're a cow,I bet you won't eat as much! It's only when you get close to places like Mickey D' that you REALLY want to graze. When you go out to dinner, salads rock, especially with lo-cal dressing. Bring your own if they don't have one you like.
