Hello Ladies! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I worked on Saturday, but I still made time to do my normal workout. Yesterday, instead of doing Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Miles, I did 5! I actually did 5 miles!!! Wow! I weighed myself this morning, and I've lost another 3.2 pounds! Who knows? I'll probably reach 199 before I go to Barbados next weekend!!! Well, I have to shower and get ready for work. Everyone, have a great day!!! :-)
