Lent has started, so I've been better about not eating sweets. Took the plunge and signed up for the gym...again. It feels really good to work out again, actually. The weights about the same but my clothes are fitting a tiny bit better again, so I'll take it. But with several birthdays and other celebrations, I need to get back to working out and portion control.
